We founded Fab Fragrances with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as humanly possible - and sometimes the fairies are called on to assist - but by hook or by crook, we want you to have your order as soon as possible!
Anything in stock are available to collect within 1 business day, upon confirmation.
Anything not in stock, we will get for you within 5 - 7 working days.
Delivery rate is R130-00 in South Africa, but of course if you collect from Centurion, it is free!
Returns
We will gladly exchange, refund or give store credit for any item that you have second thoughts about - provided of course that it is still unopened, unused and can be resold. So - if it is in tip-top condition and you merely misread the name...by all means - return it :-)

Warranty Disclaimer
You are purchasing a generic, oil based fragrance that smells as close to the real thing as possible...but it is NOT the real, expensive, signature bottled and fancy packaged, brand named item. It is GENERIC. But it is GOOD. So, if you have a problem with the product in the sense that it is broken and it cannot be used for it's intended purpose, and this is due to faulty workmanship, we will - within 3 months of your order, replace the product for you, free of charge. Delivery and collection costs is not included in this warranty.
Our Privacy Policy
Your happiness is our pride - and with that goes your privacy - we solemnly declare that your personal details are safe with us. At this stage, no bank details are required by our website and order system, and only your name and address, cell number and email address will be in our possession - where it will stay. No selling of client lists, no bartering with cell phone number hunters, no exchanging of client details will ever take place. it is, however, a good idea to stay safe from internet hackers and IT-robbers by installing the very best of protection on your electronic devices - which we also do.
