What are the payment options?
At this stage we only accept cold hard cash on collection, or EFT with proof of payment sent to us via email or WhatsApp together with your order.
Unfortunately, some people's conduct makes it hard for us to trust...you will agree no doubt.
What is your return policy?
If you ordered something incorrectly, we will gladly exchange it for the correct fragrance - unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange anything once it has been opened or used. We will collect the return / exchange product when we next deliver to you, or you can drop it off where you collected it - otherwise the collection fee will be for your account. it is best to check your order immediately on receipt though!
